G5000 ACARS Software Mod
This modification adds software functionality to enable Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) datalink communications. Datalink services may include textual weather(METAR/TAF/NOTAM/PIREP), departure/oceanic clearances, D-ATIS, position reports, uploading of flight plans, email and TWIP.

VHF Datalink Radio and/or Iridium Data Radio is required.
Sovereign+ - SB680-34-39 & Garmin G5000 Software Version 4.8 Version A2 must be installed prior to or in conjunction with ACARS enablement.
Latitude (Serial Numbers 680A-0001 thru -0051) - SB680A-34-02 & Garmin G5000 Software Version 4.5 or higher must be accomplished prior to or in conjunction with ACARS enablement.
