Aviator 300 SwiftBroadband
The Gogo® SwiftBroadband system utilizes the latest generation of global satellite connectivity provided by the Inmarsat BGAN (Broadband Global Area Network) I-4 satellite constellation. Whether on the ground or in the air, the SwiftBroadband system allows the use of Wi-Fi® enabled devices such as laptops, PCs, smartphones and PDAs, for e-mail, light Internet service, Virtual Private Network (VPN) access and more. Using an intermediate-gain antenna, mounted on the top of the fuselage, the system provides connection speeds up to 332 kbps. Gogo’s SwiftBroadband solution is powered by Thrane & Thrane.

Textron Aviation will furnish and install a Gogo Aviator 300 SwiftBroadband Inmarsat Satellite system that includes the following major components:
- Gogo SwiftBroadband Unit (SBU)
- SBU Configuration Module
- High Power Low Noise Amp (HPA/LNA)
- Diplexer Gogo Cabin Telecommunications Router (CTR)
- Gogo Intermediate Gain Antenna Cordless Wi-Fi Handset (1)
In addition, the following software keys will be installed in the SBU:
- Gogo Router Option
- Aviator 300 Key
